The Production Coordinator acts as a key link between clients, sales, design, and production teams to ensure printing jobs are executed smoothly, accurately, and on time. This role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Receive job orders from sales/client service teams and create job tickets/work orders
Coordinate with design, pre-press, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely execution
Track job progress and update stakeholders at each stage
Verify artwork, specifications, and instructions before initiating production
Ensure raw materials, plates, and tools are available as per production plan
Maintain job schedules, timelines, and delivery commitments
Assist in estimation, costing inputs, and billing coordination
Handle client queries related to job status and delivery
Ensure quality checks are performed as per client standards
Maintain records, reports, and documentation for all jobs
Support continuous improvement in workflow and turnaround time
Required Skills & Competencies
Prior experience in printing/packaging/advertising production preferred
Strong coordination and follow-up ability
Good communication and client-handling skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under timelines
Basic knowledge of printing processes (offset/digital/flexo etc. preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office / ERP workflow tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
