We are looking for a confident and proactive professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with weavers and the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with weavers, artisans, and internal teams to ensure timely production and quality standards. Assist in product development, design coordination, and sampling. Maintain production schedules and track progress. Handle vendor communication and follow-up for raw materials and production updates. Support the design team in creating and modifying design concepts.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Software Knowledge:

Basic understanding of design or production-related software

Design & Color Sense:

Basic knowledge of fabric design, color combinations, and texture coordination.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Confidence:

Should be self-motivated, confident, and capable of handling on-ground discussions with weavers and vendors.

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience in the

Textile or Carpet Industry

will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
