Qualification:
Diploma / BE / BTech - Mechanical / Production / Industrial or related field
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily production activities and schedules
Monitor production output, manpower, and machine utilization
Coordinate with Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams
Track downtime, rejection, and wastage
Prepare daily production and MIS reports
Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality, and safety standards
Skills Required:
Strong coordination and communication skills
Basic knowledge of production processes
Ability to work in shifts and handle shop-floor operations
Good reporting and documentation skills
Industry Preference:
Manufacturing / Factory background
