Core Tasks

1. Developing Production Schedules

Plan and update detailed production timelines. Coordinate across departments to maintain workflow continuity.

2. Implementing Quality Control Measures

Define quality standards and inspection procedures. Conduct regular product and process audits.

3. Managing Inventory

Track inventory levels and trigger timely replenishment. Maintain accurate records and perform periodic stock audits.

4. Monitoring Production Costs

Review and analyze production expenditures. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.

5. Ensuring Compliance

Stay updated with industry standards and regulations. Ensure all production activities meet compliance requirements.

6. Continuous Process Improvement

Assess existing production practices for efficiency gaps. Introduce new methods and technologies for better productivity.

On-Time Delivery Rate:

Orders completed and dispatched as per schedule.

Schedule Adherence:

Consistency in following planned timelines.

Defect Rate:

Number of quality defects identified during inspections.
