Experience: Preference to candidates from Textile or Carpet Industry

About the Role:

We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented professional to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sense of design and color, and the ability to coordinate effectively with weavers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with weavers, artisans, and production teams to ensure timely completion of orders.

Assist in product development, sampling, and basic design coordination.

Track and maintain production schedules and reports.

Communicate with vendors and follow up for raw material and production updates.

Support the design team in modifying and finalizing color or pattern details.

Required Skills:

Software Knowledge: Basic understanding of design or production tools

Design & Color Sense: Good eye for color combinations, texture, and fabric design.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English & Hindi.

Confidence & Coordination: Ability to handle weaver interactions and production discussions confidently.

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with prior experience in the Textile or Carpet Industry will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
