About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound

Production Coordinator

(female candidates only) to join our production team in

Indore

. This role is ideal for

freshers with a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry

who are eager to begin their careers in a dynamic, hands-on manufacturing environment.

The selected candidate will work closely with the production team and will be expected to spend

90% of their time on the production floor

, overseeing and coordinating chemical production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor day-to-day chemical production activities on the shop floor. Understand and apply academic knowledge of chemicals to real-world manufacturing processes. Read and interpret chemical labels, formulations, and production instructions accurately. Coordinate with production staff and ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols. Maintain records of production activities, raw materials usage, and observations. Assist in troubleshooting basic issues during production runs. Ensure a professional and disciplined approach on the floor at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry (Freshers welcome) Strong academic understanding of chemical principles, nomenclature, and safety practices

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
