Job Description

Production Planning and Scheduling:

Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer orders and deadlines.

Coordinate with the production team to ensure availability of materials and resources.

Monitor production progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet targets.

Quality Control:

Ensure that all packaging materials meet quality standards and specifications.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality control.

Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.

Coordination and Communication:

Act as a liaison between different departments such as design, production, and logistics.

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clear understanding of production goals and requirements.

Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and usage.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of production activities, including work orders, production logs, and quality reports.

Prepare and present regular production reports to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production coordination, preferably in packaging production.

Experience with production planning and inventory management systems.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
