We are hiring a

Production Coordinator

for our esteemed client in the

Apparel and Fashion Export Industry

.

The company is a

government-recognized "Star Export House" of India, engaged in the manufacturing and exporting of apparel, fashion accessories, and home goods

. Its clientele includes some of the

world's leading global retailers

.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and monitor the

production TNA (Time and Action calendar)

in collaboration with the merchandising and production teams. Coordinate with suppliers for the

sourcing and timely delivery of trims and accessories

. Prepare and maintain detailed

production files

, including documentation, approvals, samples, swatches, and buyer comments. Conduct

pre-production (PP) meetings

with the quality and production teams to ensure readiness. Ensure

smooth execution of orders

, tracking progress to maintain on-time delivery. Coordinate with

buyers or buying houses

for clarifications during production. Provide necessary

style, workmanship, and trims clarifications

to the production and quality teams. Liaise with

buying house QA or third-party QA

for initial, mid, and final shipment inspections. Track and report

style status updates

to top management and buyer representatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in

Production Coordinator

within the

apparel export industry

. Strong

communication (verbal and written)

and interpersonal skills. Excellent

organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities

. Collaborative

team player

with a proactive approach. Demonstrated

leadership, coordination, and relationship management

capabilities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
