Job Description

Sales Team Coordination:

Stay connected with

sales department

to track orders, delivery status, and resolve any operational issues.

Client Order Management:

Ensure all client orders are properly recorded, processed, and tracked till successful delivery.

Client Communication (Mail & Message):

Connect with clients via email/messages for updates, queries, and to prevent any dissatisfaction.

Delivery & Logistics Oversight:

Monitor order dispatches, coordinate with logistics teams, and ensure on-time deliveries.

Issue Resolution & Customer Satisfaction:

Proactively handle any delays or product issues to

prevent client dissatisfaction or negative feedback

.

Inventory & Stock Monitoring:

Work closely with procurement and warehouse teams to manage stock availability for smooth order fulfillment.

Reporting & Data Management:

Maintain records of orders, deliveries, and client feedback to enhance the sales and supply chain process.

Process Improvement:

Identify gaps in coordination, delivery, or order management and suggest improvements to optimize operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
