About the Role



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Production Coordinator / Admin

to support our production team. This role involves handling all documentation, reporting, and on-set coordination to ensure smooth execution of shoots and production activities.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare, manage, and maintain all shoot documentation and reports. Document shoot sheets and circulate updates to relevant teams. Take

Minutes of Meeting (MoMs)

and ensure timely follow-ups on action items. Act as an on-set liaison to support production teams and ensure schedules are adhered to. Track progress, update reports, and support the team with administrative tasks.

Requirements



1 - 3 years of experience in

production coordination

or

administrative roles

. Proficiency in

MS Excel

and basic documentation tools. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
