Key Responsibilities:

Production Management:

Take full ownership of the daily production flow and output.

Be present and involved -- no "this is not my job" mindset.

Support labour teams when needed and ensure smooth coordination on the floor.

Shipment Handling:

Ensure timely dispatch of shipments as per schedule.

Follow up with all concerned departments and vendors to avoid delays.

Learning & Coordination:

Be a quick learner who can adapt and solve problems in real-time.

Work cross-functionally with purchase, quality, and warehouse teams.

Expense Monitoring:

Manage and track production-related expenses responsibly.

Ensure cost-efficiency without compromising on quality or deadlines.

Ownership & Accountability:

Take full charge of the assigned responsibilities with a "no excuses" approach.

Be available as per the need of the hour -- this role is not time-bound.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in production or manufacturing roles (preferably in textiles, garments, or consumer goods).

Age Group: 30-35 Years preferred.

Skills:

Hands-on, active, and physically present on the floor

Strong sense of accountability and urgency

Good communication and team coordination skills

Basic knowledge of production expense handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
