Production Controller - Ayurveda & Organic Products

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the entire production process of Ayurveda and organic products ensuring efficiency and quality standards. Ensure production targets are met while maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations. Coordinate raw material procurement, inventory management, and production scheduling. Monitor product quality at every stage of the manufacturing process. Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with regulatory and company standards. Collaborate with R&D and Quality Assurance teams for process improvements and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols in the production area.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualified

Ayurveda Doctor (BAMS)

MD in Rasa Bhaishajya preferred Minimum 3

years of experience

in production control or manufacturing roles, specifically in Ayurveda, organic products, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industries. Strong knowledge of production processes, GMP, and quality control practices. Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively across departments.
