Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, people-friendly and highly organized

Production & Content Lead

to support our Producer across the entire lifecycle of each episode -- from research, talent scouting, guest management and studio production to content repurposing, social media marketing and brand monetization.

This role blends production, human interaction, content creation and fieldwork, and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced media environments and enjoys discovering real human stories.

Key Responsibilities1. Research & Episode Planning

Assist the Producer in research, brainstorming and story development Identify strong emotional themes, communities and narratives Build research sheets, episode outlines and mood boards

2. Talent Scouting & Story Discovery (Field + Online)

Visit public spaces (malls, markets, campuses, parks, events) to scout stories Approach people confidently and explain the show concept Conduct 3-5 minute story pre-screening interviews Record short videos/photos (with consent) for internal review Maintain a weekly talent pipeline

3. Story Verification & Background Checks

Confirm story authenticity through basic verification Track social issues, emotional themes and relevant life experiences

4. Guest Coordination & Scheduling

Manage communication, invites, reminders and confirmations Share logistics and briefing notes with guests Maintain updated guest lists and documentation

5. Pre-Production Support

Prepare cue cards, questions, scripts and run-of-show Organize rehearsals, props and pre-shoot materials

6. Shoot Day Operations

Assist camera, lighting and audio teams Set up stage, props, refreshments and environment Welcome guests and manage their flow Handle media backups, drive organization and on-set checklists Support the Producer in running a smooth, efficient shoot

7. Post-Production & Content Repurposing

Extract short-form content: reels, shorts, quotes, micro-stories Create teasers, trailers and highlight edits Write captions, hooks and descriptions Post content across YouTube, Instagram and Facebook Track analytics, trends and audience feedback

8. Brand Monetization Support

Prepare content for monetizable formats Assist with sponsor placements and collaboration integrations Maintain performance dashboards

9. Travel Requirements

Daily local travel for scouting and shoots Occasional travel to other cities or countries when required

Qualifications & SkillsMust-Have

Excellent communication and people skills Confidence in approaching strangers Strong emotional awareness and empathy Basic video shooting/editing skills (phone, CapCut, FCP, Premiere, Canva) Social media knowledge (IG, YT, FB) Organized, responsible, calm and proactive Fluent in Hindi/Urdu + basic English

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Experience in casting, journalism, events, sales, community outreach or interviewing College ambassador or fieldwork experience Exposure to production environments
