Job Description

Conduct

quality testing

of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per defined standards. Perform

physical, chemical, and stability testing

for personal care formulations. Maintain accurate records, lab reports, and documentation in compliance with

GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)

. Monitor and ensure product consistency by following SOPs and testing protocols. Support the

R&D/formulation team

during product trials and new product development (if required). Ensure calibration and proper maintenance of lab instruments (pH meter, viscometer, spectrophotometer, etc.). Identify deviations, troubleshoot issues, and suggest corrective actions. Work closely with the

production team

to resolve quality-related issues in manufacturing. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards applicable to cosmetics/personal care manufacturing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
