Job Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day production activities in paint manufacturing Ensure proper formulation, batching, and mixing of paints and coatings Monitor raw material usage and maintain production records Ensure production is carried out as per standard operating procedures (SOPs) Maintain quality standards during the production process Coordinate with quality control and maintenance teams Ensure safe handling of chemicals and compliance with safety norms Troubleshoot basic production-related issues Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the production area

Required Qualifications:

B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Technology Basic knowledge of paint manufacturing processes and raw materials Understanding of pigments, resins, solvents, and additives Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant environment

Skills Required:

Good analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail Ability to work in a team Basic documentation and reporting skills Knowledge of safety and quality standards
