Position:

Production Chemist

Responsibilities:

Formulate and supervise the production of

healthcare disinfectants

,

liquid soaps

,

alcohol-based hand rubs

, and

housekeeping chemicals

. Ensure

batch consistency

,

quality control

, and

stability testing

of all manufactured products. Maintain accurate

production records

,

batch sheets

, and

raw material documentation

. Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure compliance with

GMP

,

ISO

, and

MOH

standards. Monitor process parameters and suggest improvements for

efficiency and cost optimization

. Train production staff in safe chemical handling and correct manufacturing procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry / Chemical Engineering

(or equivalent). Minimum

2-5 years

experience in formulation and production of

healthcare disinfectants

and

cleaning chemicals

. Sound knowledge of

active ingredients

such as Chlorhexidine, Povidone-Iodine, Alcohol, Quaternary Ammonium Compounds, and Surfactants. Familiarity with

CDSCO / MOH / GMP

documentation preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
