Position: Production Chemist

Location: Pillaiyarkuppama, Bahour, Puducherry

Interview Mode: Direct Face-To-Face interivew (Immediate joiner preferred)

Experience: 2- 3 years

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize chemical processes for efficient production. Conduct quality control tests to ensure product consistency. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues. Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance. Document and analyze production data to inform decision-making. Implement continuous improvement initiatives for production processes. Conduct research to innovate and improve existing chemical processes. Mentor and train production staff on chemical processes and safety protocols.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of chemical processes and industrial manufacturing. Experience with quality control and regulatory compliance. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong documentation and data analysis skills.
