Job description

Maintain accurate production documentation Good knowledge of production activity. Management Representative - ISO. Maintaining ISO records / documents and conducting internal & External audit for standards as: QMS 9001:2015, EMS 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 for Health and safety). Formulation of Water Based Flexo Inks & Manufacturing of inks with developed formulation. Control of process parameters (Temperature, Pressure), utilities with safety. Production Planning with use of ERP (IBS) System & Supervision. Handling the manpower. Machine maintenance jobs supervision with Safety permits (Work Permit, Hot work permit). Monitor and control process parameters to achieve desired product quality. Coordinate with QC and QA for in-process checks and batch release. Strong knowledge of chemical processes and reactions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field 3 years of experience in chemical manufacturing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
