Job Description

We are seeking a Production Chemist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should be a B.Sc. Chemistry graduate with relevant hands-on experience in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing. The role will primarily focus on the production of solvents and specialty chemicals, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily production activities as per the production plan and SOPs. Handle and monitor the manufacturing processes for solvents & specialty chemicals. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines. Maintain accurate records of production batches, process parameters, and documentation. Coordinate with Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and other departments to ensure smooth production flow. Monitor equipment performance and report any deviations or breakdowns. Support continuous improvement initiatives in process efficiency and cost optimization.
Candidate Profile

Education: B.Sc. Chemistry (mandatory). Experience: 1-3 years of experience in chemical or pharma manufacturing industry. Knowledge: Good understanding of chemical processes, safety norms, and GMP practices. Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
