Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Chemist to join our manufacturing team at Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in chemical processes and hands-on experience in a production or laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute day-to-day chemical manufacturing operations as per SOPs and batch production records. Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Operate and monitor production equipment such as reactors, filtration units, dryers, etc. Perform in-process checks and maintain accurate documentation. Coordinate with QC, QA, and warehouse teams for smooth production workflow. Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the production area. Report deviations, incidents, and equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly. Support process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with GMP guidelines.
Key Requirements:

B.Sc. in Chemistry or a related discipline (M.Sc. preferred but not mandatory). 1-3 years of relevant experience in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing. Knowledge of handling lab chemicals and basic instruments. Awareness of production safety norms and good documentation practices. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
