Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, monitor, and oversee daily production activities as per the production schedule. Prepare batch manufacturing records (BMR/BPR) and ensure compliance with SOPs. Conduct chemical reactions, blending, mixing, and related production processes safely and accurately. Ensure all raw materials, intermediates, and final products meet quality standards. Maintain proper documentation of production processes, yields, and deviations. Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) for sampling and approvals. Follow GMP, GLP, and safety guidelines strictly during production operations. Handle production equipment such as reactors, filters, mixers, dryers, etc. Identify process issues and provide corrective actions to ensure smooth production. Train and guide production helpers/operators when required. Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices, and chemical handling protocols.

Skill Requirements:

Strong knowledge of chemical reactions, formulations, and production processes. Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and industry safety standards. Ability to analyze production issues and resolve them efficiently. Good documentation and record-keeping skills. Strong communication and team coordination abilities.

Qualification:

B.Sc Chemistry / B.Pharm / M.Pharm Minimum

1-2 years

of experience in chemical / pharma / cosmetics / nutraceutical production.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
