Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and operate production equipment such as

Reactors, Centrifuges, STD units, or Blow Molding Machines

.

Monitor chemical reactions and processing conditions, ensuring accurate measurements and process parameters.

Maintain production logs, process documentation, and batch records as per SOPs.

Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental guidelines, and quality compliance.

Coordinate with the Quality Control and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.

Troubleshoot minor process-related issues and escalate when necessary.

Maintain cleanliness and GMP standards in the production area.

Train junior operators and ensure proper handling of chemicals and machinery.

Ensure proper handover to the next shift in-charge

, including status updates of ongoing processes, equipment conditions, and any critical observations or deviations.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualification:

B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a

chemical manufacturing plant

.

Technical Skills:

Must have experience in at least

two

of the following:

o Blow Molding Machines

o Centrifuge

o STD (Solvent Transfer/Distillation)

o Chemical Reactors

Other Skills:

Good understanding of production SOPs, safety protocols, and basic troubleshooting.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
