Key Responsibilities

Monitor and control chemical production processes and parameters Prepare and mix raw materials according to formulations and procedures Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Conduct in-process testing and record production data Troubleshoot process deviations and equipment issues Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and production teams Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals Maintain production logs, batch records, and reports Assist in process optimization and cost reduction initiatives Train operators on chemical handling and production procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related field Experience in chemical production or manufacturing (preferred) Knowledge of chemical processes, reactions, and safety practices Familiarity with GMP, or industry quality standards Ability to follow SOPs and work in shift schedules Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
