Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and motivated fresher candidates with a Chemistry background to join our production team. Selected candidates will undergo structured training to handle day-to-day production activities in our chemical/pharmaceutical plant, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities (Post Training)
Execute production processes as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Learn and operate basic plant equipment such as reactors, filters, and dryers under supervision.
Measure, mix, and transfer chemicals following safety and process guidelines.
Maintain accurate production records, logbooks, and documentation.
Assist senior chemists in quality checks and process monitoring.
Follow plant hygiene, safety protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Report abnormal observations or incidents to the shift in-charge.
Training & Development
You will receive hands-on training in:
Plant safety and emergency response procedures
Process flow and basic chemical operations
SOPs, GMP, and documentation practices
Equipment handling and maintenance basics
