Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic and motivated

fresher candidates

with a Chemistry background to join our production team. You will be trained to handle day-to-day production activities in our chemical/pharmaceutical plant, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

Key Responsibilities (Post Training):

Assist in executing production processes as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Learn and operate basic plant equipment like reactors, filters, and dryers under supervision. Measure, mix, and transfer chemicals following safety and process guidelines. Maintain production records, logbooks, and documentation accurately. Support senior chemists in quality checks and process monitoring. Follow plant hygiene, safety protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Report any abnormal observations or incidents to the shift in-charge.

Training & Development:

You will receive hands-on training in:

Plant safety and Emergency Response Procedures Process flow and basic chemical operations SOPs, GMP, and documentation practices Equipment handling and maintenance basics
