Planning and executing the manufacturing process of pharmaceutical products as per the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensuring the quality of the products by monitoring and controlling the critical process parameters.
Participating in the production planning and scheduling activities.
Maintaining the production records, including batch records, logbooks, and other documentation.
Collaborating with the cross-functional teams, such as quality control, engineering, and maintenance, to resolve any issues related to the production process.
Ensuring the compliance of the production process with the regulatory requirements.
Conducting the process validation studies and preparing the validation reports.
Participating in the investigation of deviations and non-conformances related to the production process.
Identifying and implementing the process improvements to increase the productivity and efficiency of the production process.
Ensuring the adherence to the safety and environmental standards during the production process.
Job Requirements:
BPharma/ BSc/ MSc in Chemistry or related field.
Experience required: Minimum 1-3 years
Good knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment.
Familiarity with the regulations and guidelines related to the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.
Proficiency in using the production equipment and instruments, such as reactors, centrifuges, and filtration units.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with the cross-functional teams.
Flexibility to work in shifts and extended hours, if required.
Good computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
