Job Description

Required a manufacturing chemist to oversee chemical production, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency by managing processes, optimizing reactions, troubleshooting issues, conducting QC checks, and leading teams, all while strictly following GMP and regulatory standards for chemical products , bridging lab research and large-scale output. He will have to operate, monitor, and manage equipment for chemical formulation and production, scaling lab processes to manufacturing levels; and direct and train production workers and supervisors on procedures, SOPs, and GMP compliance. He will have to perform in-process checks, test raw materials, ensure adherence to specifications, and maintain product integrity; maintain detailed batch records, protocols, and reports for audits and traceability; resolve production issues, troubleshoot equipment, and provide technical support; ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety regulations (like COSHH), and environmental standards; identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
