Location : KUVADVA GIDC, RAJKOT - AHMEDABAD HIGHWAY

We are seeking a experienced & skilled and detail-oriented Production Chemist to join our dynamic team at KUTCH SOAPS. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production planning and execution of cosmetic and topical drug formulations, maintaining Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), and managing production workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning:

Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely manufacturing of products. Coordinate with procurement and supply chain departments to ensure the availability of raw materials. Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR):

Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed Batch Manufacturing Records for each production batch. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits of BMRs to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Formulation and Process Development:

Collaborate with R&D to scale up formulations from lab to production scale. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process. Continuously improve formulation processes to enhance product quality and consistency.

Quality Control:

Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure products meet specified standards. Conduct routine inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.

Worker Management:

Supervise and provide guidance to production workers to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards. Train and develop production staff on standard operating procedures and safety protocols. Maintain a safe and compliant working environment for all employees.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of all production activities. Generate and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement. Ensure all records are accurately maintained and readily available for audits.

Regulatory Compliance:

Stay updated on industry regulations and standards relevant to cosmetic and topical drug manufacturing. Ensure all production activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance production efficiency and product quality. Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmacy. Minimum of 1 years of experience in production planning and management in a cosmetic or topical drug manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements for cosmetic and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficient in using production management software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
