Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in batch preparation, mixing, and monitoring of production processes. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate documentation. Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure product consistency. Maintain safety standards and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Support senior chemists and supervisors in achieving production targets. Report deviations, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns promptly. Follow Good Documentation Practices Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines (FDA, etc.).

Qualifications:

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry

(Organic, Inorganic, Analytical, or Industrial Chemistry).

Experience:

0-3 years (freshers encouraged to apply). Willingness to work in shift operations.
