Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Production Chemist

to lead, manage, and supervise production activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations, compliance with WHO-GMP standards, and achievement of batch and productivity targets at our mfg unit Dallas Drugs Pvt Ltd., Baddi

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee manufacturing activities across granulation, compression, coating, and packing. Ensure strict adherence to BMR/BPR, SOPs, and WHO-GMP guidelines during all production stages. Review documents, verify in-process checks, and ensure timely batch completion. Coordinate closely with QA for line clearance, deviation handling, and maintaining batch quality. Monitor critical process parameters, yields, material reconciliation, and equipment performance. Train and guide junior chemists/operators on processes, documentation, and GMP compliance. Ensure proper cleaning, setting, and preventive maintenance of production equipment. Support validation batches, scale-ups, and continual process improvement. Manage manpower planning, shift handling, and effective workflow management. Ensure safety, hygiene, and disciplined work practices in the production area.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
