Roles and responsibilities:

1.Oversees and coordinates the daily operations of the production floor to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.


2.Manages workforce allocation, attendance, and performance to ensure optimal productivity and resource utilization.


3.Develops and implements efficient assembly line plans to meet production schedules and minimize downtime


4.Sets, monitors, and ensures achievement of production goals on a daily and monthly basis in alignment with organizational objectives.


5.Prepares and maintains accurate production reports, analyzing data to support continuous improvement and decision-making.

Requirements:

1. The ideal candidate must hold an ITI or Diploma qualification in a relevant technical field.


2. The candidate must have at least one year of hands-on experience working in a manufacturing environment, which demonstrates their familiarity with industrial processes and workplace dynamics.


3.Prior experience in the water industry will be considered an added advantage, as it indicates familiarity with industry-specific standards, practices, and technologies.


4.Languages preferred: Hindi, English, Telugu.


5.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a basic understanding of ERP systems is essential for managing and analyzing operational data efficiently..


6.The candidate should have experience in managing inventory, including tracking stock levels, handling material movement, and maintaining accurate records to support smooth production operations.
