To handle fully automatic dairy powder plant operations

What you'll do:

Operation of highly sophisticated, fully automatic dairy powder plant. Troubleshooting of plant. Maintaining quality of the product. Compliance to customer requirements. Documentation for various customer requirements. Leading the shift operation of entire Laxmi dryer. Helping operation of Liquid milk plant. Co-ordination with internal customers viz. Maintenance team, Fresh milk reception, Quality control, Main plant Co-ordination with external customers Adherence to GMP, food safety and sanitation.

What you need to succeed:

B. Tech/ M. Tech Dairy Technology 3 to 5 Years of experience Good exposure to plant automation especially Siemens PCS-7. Detailed knowledge of process and safety interlocks of plant is highly preferred Communication skills - written and verbal Good technical decision making Compliance to SOP. Good knowledge of technology and quality * Good team player Multitasking
