Ideate on content creation requirement
Support in planning and conceptualising of content
Take a lead in understanding the requirement of content production from different teams
Coordinate with brand strategist, creative strategist and Co-founders for production requirements in various clients
Help in preparing the mood-board and plan for the shoot
Prepare the call sheet and ppm deck (screenplay + storyboard) wherever needed
Identify the right artists and team members (crew) for the shoot in hand
Negotiate and finalise the team for shoot
Help prepare the set with lights, props, equipments, assist all crew members
Escort actor/model/extras around the shoot area & coordinate with them
Coordinate and schedule voice actors and other talents for recording time in studio as well as any follow-up time for corrections and adjustment
Involve in post production and delivery of content
Take care of printing and distributing paperwork
Order, reserve or rent requirement when needed to complete a production or increase production value for a particular campaign
Manage digital data and necessary files
Create, evaluate and oversee the budget for each production, ensuring we never exceed it
Perform safety check for people and equipment on the set
Suggest creative or practical changes to scripts or storyboards to improve production value
When necessary get behind the camera and complete photo session in-house or at work site
