We are looking for a

Production Assistant (Fresher)

with a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, maintaining operational discipline, and fostering a clean and professional work environment.

Achieving Daily Production Targets

Strive to meet and exceed daily output goals. Ensure effective planning and collaboration with the team. Deliver results within set timelines while maintaining efficiency.

Ensuring High-Quality Standards in All Activities

Maintain strict quality control across the production process. Implement best practices and perform regular inspections. Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Adhering to Established Rules, Systems, and Tools in the Production Process

Follow all operational protocols and safety regulations. Use approved tools and methods for smooth workflow. Minimize risks by ensuring compliance with standards.

Maintaining Professional Behavior and Upholding Cleanliness

Model positive and respectful workplace behavior. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area. Contribute to a safe and professional work environment.

Skills & Attributes Required:

Strong technical knowledge in Electronics & Communication. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Discipline in following processes, systems, and safety guidelines. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to production efficiency. Attention to detail with a focus on quality.
