Job Description

Qualification:

Diploma (Mechanical) / B.E. Mechanical

Experience:

Fresher to 1 Year (preferred: fabrication / manufacturing exposure)

Key Responsibilities:

Quality control

of bought-out items and machined components as per standards. Conduct

in-process quality inspections

on the shop floor to maintain product quality throughout production. Assist in

testing

of machine components such as blowers, heaters, motors, etc.

Vendor coordination

for timely supply and ensuring quality compliance of materials.

Assist in vendor development

for new parts and fabrication jobs when required. Support

production planning

, workflow, and manpower coordination for efficient output. Coordinate between the

purchase, design, and fabrication

teams for day-to-day operations.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Knowledge of

measuring instruments

such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc. Basic understanding of

welding processes

and ability to visually inspect weld quality. Ability to read and understand

basic CAD drawings

. Familiarity with

mechanical parts

and basic

electrical components

. Eagerness to

learn, improve, and grow

in a manufacturing environment.
