Job Description
For experienced candidate from RICE INDUSTRY ONLY: We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at our rice factory. The ideal candidate will have experience in packaging operations, as well as a strong understanding of food safety and quality control. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production & maintenance department.
- Schedule and assign tasks to employees.
- Ensure that all packaging, production, maintenance, etc. is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Monitor production levels and make adjustments as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
- Train and develop employees.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Comply with all food safety and quality control regulations.
- 5+ years of experience in Production & Maintenance in a rice processing unit only.
- Strong understanding of food safety and quality control principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
