Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Operate and manage all instruments and machinery involved in tablet manufacturing, including RMG, FBD, Compression, and Coating equipment.
Conduct and monitor process validation batches, perform sampling, and assist in optimizing validation processes.
Understand and analyze the effects of various excipients used in manufacturing and their impact on the final product.
Analyze and address production downtime caused by man, material, or machine issues to ensure on-time delivery schedules.
Maintain and oversee all documentation related to tablet manufacturing, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and regulatory standards.
Key Skills: Required Skill Set:
FDA approval in tablet manufacturing is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of tablet manufacturing processes and machinery.
Proficient in instrumentation and process validation techniques.
Sound understanding of excipient functionalities in formulation processes.
Effective problem-solving skills to minimize production delays.
Experience in managing audit preparation and ensuring timely documentation.
