Responsibilities-:

Handling plant operation to ensure timely completion of production targets within pre- designated time and cost parameters.
Effective resource planning for optimizing man and machines utilization reducing waste for enhancing productivity with profitability.
To implement Current standards of cGMP. Checking cleanliness of area, Equipment' s, Components and Line Clearance to the operation.
Carry out line clearance in manufacturing and packaging during batch to batch and product to product change.
SAP transactions.
System modifications.
Planning & implementation preventive maintenance for every equipment for smooth production.
Conducting safety training for shop floor, Near miss report, Cause of Incident, Unsafe Act & condition.
Handling most of all operations and equipment' s in API manufacturing in production. JOB PROFILE: 1. Manufacturing Activities: ₹ New Process & Product Scale up & Validation in co-ordination with P.D. Lab.
Managing shift operations at plant to enable accomplishment of predetermined targets.
Effective Shift process & Manpower Handling.
Monitoring process parameters.
Analyzing various process applications & enhance operational efficiency.
Planning of the production and the Batches to be taken.
Decision making in trouble shooting & all plant activities.
Quality assurance & safety management.
RM receiving & RM stock updating in system and batch dispatch
Working in multi-product plant.
Working in powder processing area.
