Job Title: Production Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Performing inspections and quality control checks at various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct visual inspections and measurements to verify product specifications and tolerances.
- Document and report any deviations from quality standards, including non-conforming materials or processes.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of quality control activities and results.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing process enhancements to optimize product quality and efficiency.
- Work closely with Production Supervisor and other team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in training sessions to enhance understanding of quality control procedures and techniques.
- Graduate in any field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
