Job Title: Production Assistant

Department: Production / Operations

Location: Lower Parel

The Production Assistant supports the production team in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow, timely output, and adherence to quality standards. The role involves coordinating materials, assisting in production activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily production operations and support the production team with workflow management. Coordinate with the production supervisor to ensure timely availability of raw materials and tools. Coordinate with internal teams (stores, quality, maintenance) for smooth operations. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure safe handling of equipment and materials. Assist in preparing daily/weekly production reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields (or relevant experience). Fresher - 3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations preferred. Strong understanding of production processes and basic technical knowledge. Good communication and coordination skills.
