Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised

Production Assistant

to support the production team in day-to-day coordination activities. This role is ideal for freshers or trainees who want to begin their career in VFX production and learn under experienced Production Coordinators and Managers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Production Coordinators in maintaining shot and task tracking Help in updating schedules and artist availability Support daily data entry in ShotGrid or similar tools Maintain leave records and basic production documentation Follow up with artists for daily updates and task progress Assist in preparing simple daily or weekly production reports Communicate basic notes and updates to teams under supervision Provide administrative and coordination support during deliveries Learn production workflows and tools on the job

Skills & Requirements

0-1 year of experience in production or admin coordination (preferred, not mandatory) Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office / Google Workspace Willingness to learn ShotGrid / Shotgun and other production tools Interest in VFX production workflows Strong organizational and communication abilities Positive, proactive attitude with a team-first approach Ability to multitask and follow instructions carefully
