Production Management:
Ensuring production schedules are met by organizing and planning work, managing inventory, and ordering supplies.
Quality Control:
Monitoring and maintaining quality standards throughout the assembly process, identifying and addressing defects, and ensuring products meet specifications.
Troubleshooting:
Identifying and resolving operational issues, such as equipment malfunctions or material shortages, to minimize downtime.
Training and Mentoring:
Providing guidance and training to assembly personnel, including new hires, to improve their skills and performance.
Safety Compliance:
Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintaining accurate records of production, employee performance, and quality control checks.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicating effectively with other departments, such as production planning, quality assurance, and stores, to optimize production processes and address issues.
