Job Description

Assemble pneumatic systems, subassemblies, and components using pneumatic tools and equipment. Operate and maintain pneumatic tools and machinery, ensuring optimal performance. Interpret and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions to assemble parts correctly. Perform routine inspections of pneumatic equipment and machinery to identify malfunctions or wear. Conduct pressure testing and leak testing of pneumatic systems to ensure proper functionality. Monitor and maintain assembly line processes to ensure quality standards and production goals are met. Work with team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure efficient assembly operations. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards. Document assembly processes, test results, and any issues or discrepancies encountered during assembly.
