Danfoss Climate Solutions is looking for a Production and Supply Chain Simulation Engineer for developing end-to-end simulation for supply chain. If you are someone who is also interested in new digital technologies and their use in the production and end to end supply chain processes, then this position may be for you.
We can provide you with a truly global experience where you will have the opportunity to use your knowledge and passion by working with factory representatives around the world. You will report directly to the MCoE Innovation Excellence Senior Manager in global Manufacturing Center of Excellence team in the Refrigeration and Air Condition Controls (RAC) division.

Job Responsibilities

• developing and optimizing simulation of machines, lines, factories and supply chain
• being an expert and Single Point of Contact for organization,
• supporting organization in optimizing supply chain, production by using simulation,
• supporting organization in taking business decisions based on simulation,
• defining simulation objectives, input parameters and project schedule,
• documenting and presenting simulation result according to simulation objectives by intuitive visualizations,
• creating simulation standards, modular and reusable simulation models,
• developing & continuously improving documentation, training materials etc. for knowledge center of factory simulation program.

Background & Skills

• holds a Masters degree in Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics or similar,
• Should be independent and has proactive way of thinking,
• Should have 2+ years of professional manufacturing experience as a designer in using Siemens Tecnomatix\xc2\xae Plant Simulation,
• Should have 2+ years of experience in designing in 2D/3D CAD tools,
• Should have 5 years of experience in manufacture process engineering,
• Should possess very good communication skills to allow frequent contact with stakeholders in continuous alignments,
• Should be good in math and statistics,
• Should be open to travel.
