We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile professional to join our team, someone with comprehensive expertise across the production lifecycle of our products.The ideal candidate will manage key functions including production oversight, costing analysis, driving sales, and coordinating installation projects. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of ensuring operational efficiency, meeting sales targets, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Production Management & Quality Assurance:
Oversee daily production processes of Zincalume water storage tanks, ensuring they run reliably and cost-effectively.
Implement and monitor quality control standards, ensuring all products meet company and international specifications.
Manage machine resources and workforce scheduling to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production facility.
Costing & Financial Control:
Formulate production budgets using sales forecasts and projected demand.
Monitor operational expenses and identify ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
Negotiate vendor contracts for materials and equipment at cost-effective rates.
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, engaging with clients in industrial, agricultural, and commercial sectors.
Conduct product presentations, prepare accurate quotes and proposals, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
Installation & Project Coordination:
Liaise with the engineering and installation teams to ensure timely execution and completion of projects on site.
Provide technical support and coordinate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of any issues post-installation.
Ensure installation processes are efficient and meet leak-proof design standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree (Graduate)
Experience:
Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial tanks, water treatment, or related manufacturing industry is required.
Knowledge:
Solid understanding of Zincalume tanks, modular storage systems, their technical specifications, benefits, and applications.
Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
Attributes:
Highly self-motivated, results-driven, with strong organizational and leadership abilities.
