Job Description

Production and planning engineer required with 6 years plus experience. Experience with any gas plant manufacturing unit preferred.

Oversee Vessel Fabrication: Manage the fabrication contractor to ensure vessels made from MS/SS plates comply with ASME guidelines ? Supervise Piping and Valve Integration: Coordinate in-house piping and valve installation, ensuring leak-free and compliant assembly. ? Inspect Outsourced Components: Verify quality and compatibility of externally sourced motors, blowers, and vacuum pumps for seamless integration. ? Plan Production Schedules: Develop and execute production plans to meet client deadlines and specifications. ? Conduct Quality Testing: Perform or oversee non-destructive testing (e.g., ultrasonic, radiographic) on welded vessels to ensure structural integrity. ? Monitor Welding Standards: Supervise welding processes during fabrication to meet ASME standards and maintain production quality.

Optimize Manufacturing Processes: Identify inefficiencies in fabrication, assembly, or integration to enhance productivity and reduce costs. ? Document and Report: Prepare production and quality control reports, including MIS, material certifications, and compliance records for audits. ? Resolve Issues: Investigate and address production bottlenecks or quality defects, implementing corrective actions to ensure client satisfaction.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
