Job Title: Production and Planning Coordinator

Industry: Garments / Apparel Manufacturing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Production and Planning Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating production planning, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and optimizing production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with production team, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth production flow

- Plan and schedule production orders, including material procurement and allocation

- Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions

- Ensure timely delivery of orders and manage inventory levels

- Analyze production data and provide insights for improvement

- Assist in production planning, scheduling, and capacity planning

- Coordinate with quality control team to ensure product quality

- Prepare production reports and MIS as required

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in garments production planning or coordination

- Diploma or degree in textile, fashion, or related field

- Strong communication and coordination skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and planning software (e.g., Excel, ERP)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
