Supervise daily production of sweets, snacks, and restaurant meals
Ensure strict quality control at each stage of production (taste, texture, presentation, hygiene)
Monitor hygiene standards across kitchen, staff, and storage as per FSSAI guidelines.
Manage inventory and raw materials with minimal wastage.
Ensure staff punctuality, cleanliness, and workflow discipline.
Maintain production logs, daily checklists, and basic reports.
Identify operational issues and suggest improvements to management.
Coordinate with owners/supervisors remotely and provide updates
