About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated fresher Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Production Analyst. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in Mechanical Engineering, with a keen interest in production processes and data analysis. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel is essential to manage and analyze production data effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze daily production activities.

Prepare, maintain, and update production reports using Google Sheets.

Assist in identifying areas of process improvement to optimize efficiency.

Support the production team with data-driven insights.

Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Fresher can apply).

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel (data entry, formulas, reporting).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and team collaboration abilities.

Willingness to learn and adapt to production systems and processes.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Knowledge of basic production/operations concepts.

Understanding of data management and reporting tools.
