We are hiring a responsible and detail-driven Production & Accounts Manager to manage backend production coordination, gold & stock tallying, karigar tracking, and clean accounts. This role is key to ensuring accurate material control and smooth workshop operations.

Core Responsibilities
Coordinate daily job work with karigars and workshops
Track gold issued, work-in-progress & finished jewellery returns
Maintain gold tally, stock registers & weight reconciliation
Monitor wastage, differences & loss control
Enter and manage all transactions, karigar payments & settlements
Create and maintain new product entries, design codes & pricing
Conduct workshop visits & physical verification when required

Required Profile
Strong in Excel & basic jewellery accounting
Solid understanding of gold, job work, wastage & inventory control
Highly organized, honest & detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently with full responsibility
Experience in jewellery / bullion / gold trade preferred
Long-term mindset with loyalty and stability
